L'appartement est bien situé, bien agencé et confortable. On peut aérer facilement en faisant circuler l'air entre les différentes pièces et les petites vérandas.

Malheureusement les petites vérandas chauffent vite le matin avec le soleil qui tape sur les vitres. On peut protéger les autres pièces en baissant les stores. Je ne sais pas si la copropriété autoriserait la pose de stores extérieurs pour les protésee more
