Accommodation very close to the sea, with sandy beach (Midi beaches) accessible upon crossing the residence park. It is near the historic Suquet district (5 minutes on foot) and the town centre accessible on foot (Palais des festivals at 950m). Note a bus stop at the bottom of the building.
The building has a lift, the residence has a private swimming pool, the apartment has a bedroom and a 9m2 terrace with a garage in the same building.
