West of Cannes, just a few steps from the beaches of the Midi with direct access to the sea, this charming studio of 30m² offers an amazing sea view and a welcoming terrace to enjoy moments of relaxation.
The interior, functional and modern, includes a bright living room with a well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven) and a comfortable sofa bed. An alcove with a bed 140 brings a cozy touch for a separate sleeping area. The bathroom is modern with separate toilet for more comfort.
A secure underground parking is available. The owners do not provide linen, but packs (sheets, towels, bath mats) are available for rent for 35 € per bed.
